Recently,Microsoft announcedthat will include an AI theme generator in the Edge Browser. The feature works right now if you’re logged into Edge with a Microsoft account. However, the feature is available in a separate page, not into Edge directly.
However,Leopeva64spotted the fact that you can pin the actual page to the Copilot sidebar and use its functions right there instead of opening the actual page from Microsoft.
Edge’s AI theme generator is not properly integrated into the browser, it’s a separate page, but it can somehow be integrated if you pin it to the Sidebar, this way you get an experience “similar” to Chrome’s AI theme generator:https://t.co/XG7JR5dc9zhttps://t.co/yMetcmxTnqpic.twitter.com/KKAhW2hc8K
How do I pin the AI theme generator on Edge’s sidebar?
Leopeva64 demonstrated how the AI theme generator can be used straight from the sidebar, and the trick is pretty simple.
After you do a search on the AI theme generator from the right, you just pin it from its menu above. Next time you want to use the tool, you will have the shortcut right on the sidebar and it will open right there, without the need to open an additional tab.
Otherwise, the tool is pretty simple to use as well. Just type the description of how your theme and apply it to your browser with two clicks.
As a side note, Chrome has the AI theme generator built into the browser directly, so you don’t need to make any additional steps apart from accessing its customization menu. We hope that Microsoft will also include this feature right into the browser but until then, you can add an AI theme pretty easily as it is.
What do you think about the new AI theme generator in Edge? Let’s talk about it in the comments below.
