Microsoft released a firmware update for Surface Pro 7+, which addressed the camera performance issue that was caused by a lack of storage.
The update is available for Surface Pro 7 Plus devices running Windows 10 October 2022 Update, Version 22H2 or higher, and Windows 11 version 22H2 and newer.

To install the update on your device, go toSettings>Windows Updateand clickCheck for updates. Alternatively, you can alsomanually install the updatefrom this website.
You only need to choose the version compatible with your device’s OS. Once you’ve done this, double-click the file to initiate the installation. The file size is 1.1 GB, so ensure you have enough space.
