Microsoft recently released theApril 2024 firmware updateto fix multiple issues on the Intel-based Surface Laptop 4. The latest firmware update is available for the Surface Laptop 4 with Intel Processorrunning on Windows 10 November 2021 Update, Version 21H2, or greater.
The April 2024 firmware update fixes USB-C charging and display issues in the Surface Laptop 4
The latest release fixes bugs that affected the USB-C charging and display output of the Surface Laptop 4. It also improves the audio stability in the Surface Laptop 4 and addresses potential security vulnerabilities.

Besides fixing multiple issues in Surface Laptop 4, the latest update also brings new drivers for the device. You can check them out below.
Let’s not forget that both Intel and AMD-based Surface Laptop 4 will continue to receive driver and firmware updates for at least six years.
