Steam is coming to the next-gen Xbox according to rumors
Recently, there has been a big rumor around thatMicrosoft is planning to buy Valve, which turned out to be entirely false.

The claim comes from Windows Central’s Jez Corden on X.
100% steam is on the next xbox
This doesn’t seem impossible as Phill Spencer said that he could see digital marketplaces like Epic Games store on Xbox in the future.
Spencer also said that the nextXbox console will be more like a PC, so maybe there’s some truth to it. The folks at theGamingLeaksAndRumours subredditare rather skeptical pointing out that Jez Corden isn’t always a reliable source.
So far, there’s no official information available, and this seems more like Jez Corden’s opinion than insider information, so take it with a grain of salt.
