SharePoint will introduce a new Editorial Card web part in its Pages and News section. This part will allow users to manually create content in a card-like container.

We don’t know what precisely this card-like container means. Still, its description is very similarto the capabilities released in Microsoft Loop, which let users move around shareable card-like plans.

If that’s the case, the new Editorial Card should be movable. You can move it around to make creating content for SharePoint sites easier. The Redmond-based tech giant says the new capability will enhance page experiences.

Here’s what the entry says:

Cloud IntelliFrame, the video framing feature that enhances the visibility of people in the room for online meeting attendees, is now available for Teams mobile users when they join a meeting that has participants in a Teams Rooms on Windows.

According tothe latest entry in the Microsoft 365 Roadmap, the new Editorial Card will be released in SharePoint in December 2024.
