Opera’sAria browser AI, unlike conventional alternatives, doesn’t rely on a single LLM or AI model but picks one that’s best based on the user’s query. And to further enhance the experience, the Opera team recently integratedGoogle GeminiintoAria browser AI!

According toOpera’s official press release, post-integration, Opera’s native AI chatbot,Aria browser AI, will provide you with the latest information faster and more accurately. Besides, it will also expand the feature set, adding two new capabilities toAria browser AI: image generation and voice output. Thetwo features were earlier availablein the Opera’s developer version.

Powered by theImagen 2model onVertex AI, Opera’s Aria browser AI will now be able to create images based on text prompts. For voice output, it will rely on Google’s text-to-audio model to read out the responses in a conversational style.

Speaking about the collaboration and the integration ofGoogle Gemini, Per Wetterdal, EVP of Partnerships at Opera, said,
