Nvidia is the leading chip developer, and we have seen some high-quality chips from Nvidia over the years. As you know, the company plans to focus on AI, with its Blackwell series.

Speaking of which, we finally have an estimate of how much these chips will cost, and the prices are as high as you might expect.

We finally have the Nvidia Blackwell price estimate

Not that long ago, we wrote about howMicrosoft and Nvidia are working on Blackwell superchipsand now we finally have an estimate on how much these chips will cost.

AsTom’s Hardware writes, the GB200 superchip that combines CPU and GPUs could cost up to $70,000. With Nvidia selling entire servers, it’s expected that B200 NVL72 servers to cost up to $3 million a piece.

This information comes from the firstadopter on X.

HSBC estimates pricing for NVIDIA GB200 NVL36 server rack system is $1.8 million and NVL72 is $3 million. Also estimates GB200 ASP is $60,000 to $70,000 and B100 ASP is $30,000 to $35,000.

According to the HSBC estimates, the entry model, B100 GPU, will have an average price ranging between $30,000 and $35,000.

As for servers, the GB200 NVL36 server with 36 GB200 superchips is expected to cost $1.8 million. Keep in mind that these are just the entry models, and higher-end models will cost more.

Compared to the previous generation, GB200 superchips are about five times more powerful in terms of performance, which justifies their price.

Do keep in mind that these are just estimates, and the actual prices might differ depending on many factors.

As for availability, we know thatNVIDIA’s GB200 will go into production in September, and we might see them in near future.
