Microsoft has recently updated its surveys/quizzes-based platform, Forms, to support AI capabilities through Copilot, and the AI model is more than capable of doing some fantastic work over there.

For starters, the AI modelwill generate quizzesbased on your data, in just a few seconds. Then, when rolling them out, Copilot will also come up withsmart remindersto increase their engagement by proactively checking the status of forms made on the platform, auto-notifying those participants who didn’t fill out the form or have forgotten to do so.

And if your surveys and quizzes still don’t meet expectations, Copilot will have one more trick under its sleeves. According tothe latest entryin the Microsoft 365 Roadmap, the Redmond-based tech giant will update the Copilot to come up with solutions should this situation ever happen.

Copilot will assist Microsoft Forms users in suggesting ways to share surveys and quizzes. The AI model will then come up with different recommendations, such as email marketing, sharing on different social media platforms, and generating QR codes for faster and more efficient quiz campaigns.

Copilot in Forms assists form owners by recommending optimal distribution channels and settings for sending forms or quizzes. This includes leveraging email, social media, and QR codes to maximize the benefits of digital forms and quizzes.

The new enhancements should be entirely rolled out by the end of this month, giving managers more than enough time to get used to it, before Microsoft updates Copilot to come up with the ability to generate quizzes on its own, in June.

Either way, these features are more than welcome for those small companies, or small creators who don’t have the budget to develop quiz campaigns. In just a matter of minutes, Copilot will be able to provide you with forms and quizzes based on your data, and the AI model will also help get the maximum number of responses you can get.
