Microsoft released a recovery patch to improve Windows 11 24H2. KB5041979, a recovery update, is now available to refinethe Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE).
KB5041979 focuses on the Safe OS Dynamic Update of Windows 11, version 24H2. It was created to enhance the Windows recovery environment, and it will resolve booting problems.
