To all who use Microsoft Planner to schedule their days, come up with checklists, and set their daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, we have good news: the Redmond-based tech giant will increase the number of maximum tasks per Premium account to 1500, according to the latest entry inthe Microsoft 365 Roadmap.
Create and manage up to 1,500 tasks within a Microsoft Planner premium plan (formerly known as a Project for the web project).
The new changes will impact Premium users everywhere starting May 2024.
The Redmond-based tech giant came under a lot of fire a while ago, when users bumped into a lot of issues when accessingthe new Planner’s public preview.
Microsoft promised new capabilities to its Planner app, last year at the Ignite 2023, including the addition of Copilot, the creation of personal plans, andmany more featuresthat would make Planner users excited.
However, not everything went as planned, and many users were not able to access the new version, which left many disappointed. A month has passed since then, and many users are now able to access it.
In May, with the increase of the maximum number of tasks in Microsoft Planner to 1500, users will be able to organize months in advance at the tiniest detail.
