In the changing world of digital cooperation, Microsoft Loop has made an important advancement in improving user experience by adding many new functions that enhance online and remote collaboration better than ever. This comes days after the company announced that Loop workspaces can beaccessed through a link.
According to the latest Insider blog post, Microsoft Loop will allow people to easily sort data and see more content by extending their boards into margins. Users can now switch board-based templates such as Kanban or team retrospective into a table view. They may also choose which Label column to pivot the data on a board. Sounds handy.
For people passionate about organization, using the new characteristics is not difficult. When you want to make your board bigger and have more things in it, or when you want to make it small and concentrate on certain details, the Operation toolbar’s new Expand and Collapse buttons are perfect for this.
To sort data in Microsoft Loop, just press the Sort button; it will let you arrange your board’s columns from smallest to largest or from largest to smallest. Altering to a table view or grouping content by distinct operations is simple and direct for a clearer summary.
Imagine this: you’re deep into a Kanban board, working with your team on an important project. The option to add more swim-lanes, sort cards by different methods, and change the board grouping according to various aspects of your project.
However, you should know that there is a small problem with sorting assignees that may not function as you expect. However, Microsoft is aware of this issue and anticipates resolving it shortly.
All Microsoft Loop users, whether they have personal, enterprise, or education accounts, now have access to the new capabilities. If you have any feedback, you should let Microsoft know. After all, these new enhancements are the result of it: they were requested by Loop users a while ago, and the Redmond-based tech giant delivered.
