Microsoft is working to add SharePoint files to Teams easier on your mobile devices. The feature is already available on the desktop version of Teams and will soon make its way to the mobile app as well.
According to theFeature ID: 395375entry on the Microsoft 365 roadmap site, the Redmond tech giant will soon let you select and attach files from SharePoint sites in the Teams mobile app. Here is the detailed description mentioned on the Microsoft 365 Roadmap site:
Users will be able to browse, multiselect and attach files from SharePoint Sites to a chat or channel conversation in the mobile app.
This feature is expected to be generally available in June 2024. It will be available on various cloud instances and for both Android and iOS devices.
