After not releasing any build to the Skype Insider Program, Microsoft has released build 8.125, a big patch with even more prominent features.

The new build is now rolling out to users and will revamp Skype’s AI image creation. If you remember, the Redmond-based tech giant not long agoenhanced the platform to allow users to create AI images directly on it.

Now, it seems Microsoft wants to take it to the next level: users can create images within their chat window, and they’ll have several design tweaks to make it easier, as you can see below.

However, one of the most important updates coming with this build is the ad-free experience on Skype. Yes, you read that well. Skype will no longer have ads. Microsoft is stopping all the ads from all Skype channels and the entire Skype platform.

Plus, as the last new capability of build 8.125, all iOS users can sign in with OneAuth on Skype. Alongside stopping the ads on Skype, the Redmond-based tech giant also fixed some frustrating issues regarding the platform’s problems with connecting to 5G networks.
