Microsoft Forms, the platform that allows users to create forms, quizzes, and similar tools for various purposes, will be enhanced to let managers add or remove people from the response notifications emails.

Accordingto the latest entryin the Microsoft 356 Roadmap, the new enhancement will impact the web version of Microsoft Forms starting June 2024. Currently, all those editing a form in Microsoft Forms will be notified via email every time someone answers their form.

With the new enhancement, however, Microsoft Forms will only notify the form owner and those designated by this form owner. Here’s what the entry says:

Now form owners can add or remove people from the response notification emails. Currently only the form owner or the group alias is notified when someone responds to a form.

With the new enhancement, Microsoft Forms strives to provide a relatively stress-free experience to all those creating forms and quizzes on the platform. This is a good thing, considering these emails are a good indicator of the form’s success. If the form doesn’t meet the quota, those working on it will be notified about it.

With this enhancement, only a handful of people designated by the form owner will know about it.

Speaking of stress-free experiences, the platform will allow admins to manage notification emails in Microsoft Forms and provide them with Copilotto fine-tune their formsto the next level. With the new addition, forms will be made in seconds, andusing company data, the AI model will consider each organization’s specificities to create a form that could address various issues.

The new enhancements will be generally available to all Microsoft Forms users this year, and with them, the Redmond-based tech giant will create an encompassing platform for all things quizzes, forms, or surveys.

What do you think about these new enhancements coming to the platform?
