Microsoft has introduced a feature many people wanted for quite some time now: collaboration for Microsoft Forms. If you have a Microsoft account, this is good news because sharing forms with your friends to work together now becomes as easy as pie.
According to the blog post, you only need to sign in with your Microsoft account. Then, start making a form that gathers your event’s small details. When you finish, tap on the “…” icon to create a link for teamwork and send it to people you want to work with.
Now, they can jump in, modify things, give their opinion, and even edit the invitation. You will notice the initials of those editing this form – it makes tracking contributions simple. However, there is a condition that only people with Microsoft accounts may participate. When people utilize their work or school account, they won’t be able to participate in this activity.
If you want to End the collaboration, it is simple: press the trash can button beside the collaboration link. Plus, for data enthusiasts, the recent introduction of Forms data sync to Excel is delightful. All responses are visible in Excel with a single click, and it’s easy to analyze and display your data.
The new feature can be quite useful for those with a Microsoft account in manysituations. It might be about planning a party, arranging things for a community event, or even collecting input for your project.
