The process will be slightly different depending on the Outlook version or setting. Also, it’s important to know that Outlook stores all of your files in a.pstformat. Moving your Outlook data out to a different system, therefore, is a two-step process.
You’ll first need to store all the data in a PST file. Start byconverting any MSG files to PST formatthen you can then import these PST files into a new system. Here’s how you can get started:
Now choose the account you’d like to export your data to. Also, select theInclude subfoldersradio box and then click onNext. Finally, click onBrowseand select the location you’d like to save the file at, and then click onOK.
