1. Create a new DWORD in the Registry

1. Press theWindowskey +Rto open theRundialog.

Typeregeditand pressEntero open theRegistry Editor.
In theRegistry Editor, navigate to the following path:Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup
Right-click anywhere in the window and expand theNewmenu. SelectDWORD 32-bit ValueorQWORD (64-bit) Valuedepending on which system you have.
EnterAllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPUas the name of the new value.
Double-click the value that you just created.
Set theValue datato1and clickOKto save changes.
