If you ever get a Discovery Plus error 400, you won’t be able to use the Discovery service and watch your favorite shows. However, there’s an easy way to fix this problem, and today we’ll show you how to do it.

This is usually caused by glitches on your device. Sometimes there can also be problems with the Sky service that are causing it.

Before trying anything else, try resetting your Discovery Plus password and try to log in with a new password. If you’re using Sky STB, turn it off, disconnect it from the power outlet for 10 minutes, and connect it again.

1. Remove devices from your Discovery Plus account

2. Perform a reset

3. Perform a soft reset on Glass TV

As you can see, this issue usually affects Sky users, and in most cases, a quick reset will fix the problem.
