Microsoft has enhanced Copilot AI to develop improved quizzes and surveys within Microsoft Forms. As you might already know, the platform has been enhanced with AI for quite some time now, and it generates quizzes, forms, and surveys in seconds using user data.

Whether a teacher wants to create an engaging learning environment, a company collects customer feedback, or someone is planning their next family gathering, Copilot will be there to help.

According to the blog post, when you create a new form or quiz or revisit an existing one, Copilot welcomes you with a banner that says, “Copilot has suggestions for enhancing your form.” By clicking “View,” it becomes easy to make your form more than just functioning correctly—it can look good as well.

Copilot starts with the theme. Depending on your form, the AI model suggests different themes, and you can select the one that best matches your idea.

Copilot will then jump into settings and may give you hints about changes that could enhance your form. For example, it might propose allowing respondents to store and modify their responses or adding a clock to ensure everything is on time.

When you are ready to send your work to someone, Copilot assists in creating a message that can enhance response rates. It also helps you make choices about who will get your form, such as limiting it only to those inside your company. However, there is one condition: To access Copilot’s capabilities in Microsoft Forms, the business must possess a Copilot for Microsoft 365 license.

This release began in the last part of July for users who are involved with business. This includes enterprise and education sections.
