We know that Microsoft is integrating Copilot in all kinds of services, but it seems that Copilot is slowly making its way to the gaming world.
The first game that will get Copilot support is Minecraft, so here’s what that means for the future of the game.
Copilot AI will be available in Minecraft, here’s what you should know
This information comes fromTweakTownand according to them Copilot will act as a digital assistant and provide players with in-game information, help, and tips.
This was shown during the Surface and AI event, and the results are impressive.

It seems that Copilot is usingOpenAI’s GPT-4otechnology, to communicate with users, meaning that no textual input is required. You can simply ask Copilot a question regarding the game, and it will give you an answer.
According to the presentation, Copilot will be able to analyze your inventory and give you information on where to find certain items in the game.
While this feature looks impressive it will require NPU hardware to run, and we can’t wait to see it in action. Bear in mind that Minecraft is the first game to get this feature, but we’re positive that more will follow.
This isn’t the only Copilot change as Microsoft plans to bringCopilot + PClater this year. If you get a Copilot + PC device, you’ll also get a chance to use theWindows Recall, so don’t miss it.
