Coforge, a leading global digital services and solutions provider, recently collaborated with Microsoft to set up theCoforge Copilot Innovation Hub, with a primary focus on developing industry-specific generative AI solutions.

The India-based company also announced two new copilots,Underwriter CopilotandAdvisor Copilot. The former is aimed at reducing the workload of insurance carriers, streamlining work, and helping them make informed decisions, which will, in turn, boost returns.

TheAdvisor Copilotis for financial advisors, allowing them to seamlessly go through scores of data seamlessly on a user-friendly interface, thereby eliminating the need for third-party tools.

Speaking on the collaboration with Microsoft, Coforge’s Executive Director & CEO, Sudhir Singh, said,

With the collaboration between Microsoft and Coforge in place, the latter will integrate its generative AI solutions intoMicrosoft Azure OpenAI Service,Microsoft Power Platform, andMicrosoft Copilot, according to theofficial announcement.

David Smith, Vice President of WW Channel Sales at Microsoft, highlighted theincreased adoption of generative AI in workplacesand said,

In recent months, most of Microsoft’s collaborations have entailed the other parties moving their product toAzure AI, the Redmond-based tech giant’s native cloud computing and AI platform, be it withSiemensorKhan Academy.

These efforts have helpedMicrosoft Azure emerge as a key playerin the cloud computing landscape, especially against formidable opponents like Google and Amazon!
