Cemex used Microsoft Teams to deploy the AI assistant
TheCemex Data Science teamdeveloped the AI assistant with Microsoft’s help and named it Technical Xpert. It can handle multiple customers because it uses the scale of theAzure OpenAIService, a cloud-based platform. The team deployed it through Microsoft Teams to ensure that other Cemex teams could use it. After all, their sales agents are in the field.
