Have you been missing the HP OmniBook laptops? Well, you should know that the tech giant plans to bring it back after an absence of more than 22 years.

After it was leakedon X(formerly known as Twitter), HP officially announced the new OnniBook laptops which are now powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Elite X processors, effectively making them AI-ready.

HP OmniBook is coming back. They’re resurrecting the old brand, which first ran from 1993 to 2002, to use it on what looks like their new Snapdragon X ARM based laptops with Windows and AI. Here’s a first look:https://t.co/lujw72DdDw

The leaker didn’t have any info regarding the specs of the new OmniBook devices, but HP released them today, moments after the Microsoft Event 2024 took place, which saw the Redmond-based tech giant ushering in a new era of AI computing with its new Surface laptops.

The new OmniBook X AI, as well as EliteBook Ultra AI, are part of the newCopilot + PCs, which are the new AI devices envisioned by Microsoft, capable of productivity, performance, and mobility, all at once.
