Microsoft is testing anUndo Autofillfeature in the Edge Canary browser, which helps you get rid of inaccurate information that may have been filled by Edge from saved information in the wallet orPassword Manager.

Microsoft Edge gains Autofill undo support

Web browsers such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge come with the ability to save and autofill your addresses and phone numbers the next time you visit related websites that request your information. The information will be autofilled as you start typing your name, among other details.

Until now, you either had to disable autofill or remove individual entries if, for instance, the browser filled in an old address, or you didn’t want to enter your phone number due to privacy reasons. The situations mentioned above demand an Undo Autofill feature, which the Google Chrome release already supports, and a flag is available for the same.

UndoAutofill Allows reverting Autofill filling operations. Replaces Clear Form functionality – Mac, Windows, Linux, ChromeOS, Android, Fuchsia, Lacros.

To avoid privacy concerns, the Edge wallet doesn’t save or show your payment and address info in the browser when required to fill in on websites by default.
